Jacob Hogan III

My name is Jacob Hogan, and I am the founder, owner, and head instructor of LaGrange Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Lagrange, Indiana.

I am a 4-stripe blue belt with over 7 years of consistent, dedicated training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Before opening LaGrange BJJ, I spent a year teaching as the head instructor at Suppression Academy, where I gained valuable experience working with students of all ages and levels.

I focus on creating a training environment based on practical, realistic experience, broken into powerful fundamental concepts, moves, and routine positional sparring, so students can build a strong foundation and see real progress. 

As the sole head instructor and owner of LaGrange Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I am personally committed to creating a welcoming, disciplined, and results-driven academy where every student receives quality instruction and individual attention.
